What Memento does
Memento implements Dynamics ERP solutions for companies operating in Italy: Italian companies and Italian subsidiaries of foreign groups, since 2016. Along the way it has written the software that Italian projects keep needing and the standard product does not provide, starting with electronic invoicing through the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI).
The applications
Italian Electronic Invoicing is available for Dynamics 365 Business Central and for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Both are listed on Microsoft AppSource, documented in English and Italian, and connect the ERP to SDI through an accredited intermediary that handles digital signature and 10-year legal preservation. They cover the full sales and purchase cycle, public administration invoices, self-invoices and reverse charge.
Memento also holds its own SDICoop accreditation with the Agenzia delle Entrate, with access to the bulk services.
Certified apps for the Italian localization of Business Central
Alongside Italian Electronic Invoicing, Memento publishes a set of certified apps on AppSource that complete the Italian localization of Business Central. They are separate products, installed only when needed and licensed separately.
- Foundation: VAT management, fiscal reporting and productivity features that complete the Italian base functionality
- Italian Bank Integration: CBI and SEPA payments and bank statement import
- Conservazione Sostitutiva: legal preservation of documents through an AgID-accredited platform
